Nudgr is for supportive progress with trusted people. These guidelines apply to profiles, messages, goals, groups, invitations, and other content or interactions on Nudgr.
Do not use Nudgr to target people with harassment, bullying, stalking, intimidation, degrading insults, or repeated unwanted contact.
Do not attack, dehumanize, exclude, or encourage abuse against people based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, veteran status, or serious medical condition.
Do not post threats, praise violence, coordinate harm, or share instructions intended to injure people, damage property, or endanger public safety.
Do not use Nudgr for sexual exploitation, sexual abuse, non-consensual sexual content, sexual content involving minors, or attempts to solicit or groom minors.
Do not encourage suicide, self-injury, eating-disorder behavior, or other self-harm. Supportive, recovery-oriented conversations are allowed.
Do not send spam, run scams, mislead people for money or access, phish for credentials, or use Nudgr to promote fraudulent schemes.
Do not pretend to be another person, organization, or service, or misrepresent your identity in a way that could confuse or harm others.
Do not use Nudgr to share illegal content, coordinate illegal activity, or provide instructions for committing illegal acts.
Do not share private personal information about someone else without permission, including contact details, addresses, financial information, identity documents, private images, or confidential messages.
If you need help with content or account safety, contact support at support@joinnudgr.com. If you are signed in, you can also use Help & Support > Report a problem for general support. That option is not tied to a specific message or user. Include enough context for support to understand the concern, but do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
