By accessing or using Nudgr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Use of Nudgr

Nudgr is for supportive progress with trusted people. You may use Nudgr for lawful personal goals, invitations, groups, messages, and related interactions that respect other people and these Terms.

3. SMS Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and requesting a verification code, you agree to receive SMS messages from Nudgr for account signup, login, authentication, and account security.

Nudgr SMS messages are transactional and are used to send one-time verification codes. Message frequency varies based on your signup and login activity. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we may send one final confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You may reply START to resubscribe where supported.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

These standards apply to profiles, messages, goals, groups, invitations, and other interactions on Nudgr. You may not use Nudgr to create, share, promote, request, organize, or encourage content or activity that includes:

• Harassment, bullying, stalking, or targeted abuse
• Hate, dehumanizing abuse, or attacks based on protected characteristics
• Threats, violence, or instructions to cause harm
• Sexual exploitation, abuse, or content involving minors
• Encouragement of self-harm or suicide
• Spam, scams, fraud, or deceptive schemes
• Impersonation or misrepresentation
• Illegal content, illegal activity, or instructions to commit illegal acts
• Sharing private personal information without permission

5. User Account

To use certain features of the app, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for activity under your account.

6. Disclaimer

The materials within Nudgr are provided on an 'as is' basis. Nudgr makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties.
