Nudgr uses rule-based automated text screening to help prevent abuse, fraud, and misuse before certain shared text is saved. This screening applies to shared Goal Chat text and most shared profile, goal, agreement, Journey, and day-entry text. Help & Support report evidence is not screened this way, so it can be sent with the report for support and diagnostic purposes.
Messages and attachments you submit for AI processing are sent to DeepSeek, a third-party AI service, to generate responses.
When avatar upload is available, avatar image bytes are processed server-side by Nudgr and sent by Nudgr's server to Amazon Rekognition before publication to help detect potentially inappropriate content. Amazon Web Services (AWS), through Amazon Rekognition, acts as a service provider for this processing.
If an avatar does not pass this screening, Nudgr gives a generic failure and does not expose moderation labels, scores, provider diagnostics, or other provider details in the app. Avatar upload remains limited to controlled-beta accounts and builds where it is exposed and enabled.
The public website is a static marketing and legal site. The invite page may submit an invite token to Nudgr's invite preview service so you can see basic invite details before continuing in the app. The invite page is designed not to send browser credentials with that preview request and to remove the token from the visible page URL after reading it.
Nudgr lets users create goals, invite members, participate in goal memberships, and exchange messages or other social interactions with current goal members. Non-deleted goal and chat history may remain available to current members of that goal.
If an account is deleted, past shared goal or chat content is not automatically removed from goals where other members remain. That content may continue to be visible to current members to preserve their records and should no longer identify the deleted account where implemented.
When you provide your mobile phone number to Nudgr, we may use it to send you one-time SMS verification codes for account signup, login, authentication, and account security.
We collect and use your phone number and SMS verification activity only to provide, secure, and operate your Nudgr account. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies depending on your signup and login activity.
You can opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP to any message. You can get help by replying HELP or by contacting us at support@joinnudgr.com.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide and support the SMS service.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
Nudgr's iPhone and Android apps are not published yet. Account deletion is limited to controlled-beta accounts where it is exposed and enabled; it is not available to every account or build. When available, use Settings > Account Security > Delete Account. Otherwise, follow the assisted request path on our Data Deletion page. Support requests may require identity verification.
When deletion completes, it removes account-only and private data, sole-member goals, and avatar files owned by the account. Shared Journey, accountability, progress, chat, and activity history can remain for other members, with the deleted account replaced by an unlinkable per-goal identity. Shared goals created by the deleted account are discontinued without ownership transfer.
Safety blocks and direct, submitted reports whose sole subject is the deleted account are removed. Independent Safety evidence and evidence associated with reports already in review or resolved may remain in minimized form without account linkage. Terminal Safety evidence is eligible for cleanup 180 days after resolution.
After an irreversible deletion step disables account access, secure retries may continue if the process is interrupted. Sign in with Apple accounts require fresh authorization and Apple token revocation before deletion can finish. Already delivered emails, notifications, exported copies, or copies held by recipients cannot be recalled. See the Data Deletion page for the full process.
